The ranking of Egypt passports in comparison to other global passports is calculated by adding the number of countries that allow Egypt passport holders to enter without a visa (i.e. visa-free countries) to those that allow Egypt passport holders to enter with a visa on arrival (i.e. visa-on-arrival countries) or electronic travel authorization (eTA). There are now 18 Egypt passport-free countries, 32 Egypt visa-on-arrival countries, and one eTA destination.
