1 - Terms and Conditions of Sale - Purpose

These general terms and conditions of sale define the conditions and rules for the sale of electronic visas. Our website is not an official immigration services website.

We offer assistance for all administrative procedures related to a stay or transit in a foreign country. Our invoiced prices cover all immigration service taxes, all management, administration, archiving and transmission fees by email of electronic visas.

We offer all our clients a customer service by phone, chat and email every day from 08:00 to 22:00 to provide assistance in all the procedures for obtaining electronic visas.

In case of loss of their electronic visa, our clients can request a copy which will be immediately sent to them by email.

Internet users always have the option to order their electronic visa directly on official immigration websites at the current rates. In this case, internet users waive all of our assistance and support services.

Any use of the website and any order of an electronic visa implies full knowledge of our general terms and conditions of sale and commits internet users and clients to accept and comply with the terms and conditions.

2 - Sale Price of e-Visas

The prices of electronic e-Visas for sale may be changed at any time based on the evolution of government tariffs.

Orders will be invoiced based on the rate in effect at the time of order validation.

On our website, selling prices are indicated including all taxes.

3 - Online Payment via Credit Card

The payment for e-visa is made online using a valid credit card on the website at the time of ordering at the end of the form.

The transaction will be charged at the time of payment, which confirms the order.

If the payment by credit card is opposed, the ordered e-Visa will not be delivered.

The customer acknowledges that the communication of information regarding their credit card constitutes authorization for payment to our company for the total amount of the order.

4 - Waiver of Right of Withdrawal

For all online purchases, the user has a legal withdrawal period to cancel their order without having to justify their reasons, starting from the receipt of the order.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to immaterial subscription services that are fully executed before the end of the withdrawal period and whose execution has started after the express prior agreement of the user and express waiver of their right of withdrawal.

By accepting the general terms and conditions of sale, the user expressly agrees to receive the ordered e-Visa before the end of their withdrawal period, definitively waives their right of withdrawal, accepts that their request will be processed without delay, and agrees to receive their e-Visa as soon as possible.

5 - Refund policy

In the case of electronic e-Visas, orders are processed upon receipt as quickly as possible, in order to expedite the receipt of the final electronic e-Visa.

Therefore, it is impossible to refund an electronic e-Visa request once it has been received and processed by our production service.

The fees for the electronic e-Visa request are non-refundable.

If an e-Visa already exists in duplicate, in the case of a previous request on another platform, it will not be possible to refund it.

Only non-processed electronic e-Visas, incomplete files, refund requests prior to processing, or ineligible clients identified by our customer service will be refunded, with the exception of €40 processing and handling fees.

In the event of the refusal of the electronic e-Visa by the destination country's government services, for any reason whatsoever, no refund will be granted.

By purchasing electronic e-Visa services on our website, the user must accept all the terms of our general sales conditions before validating their payment.

The express acceptance of our general sales conditions before payment, the approval of all the information provided on the forms of our site constitutes a waiver of the right to a refund and withdrawal from the payment validation phase.

If a significant error is made in your initial request, we will resubmit the request on your behalf at no additional cost, but no refund will be issued.

6 - Declaration of the user

By accepting these general sales conditions, the user confirms having read and understood all the terms and declares on their honor that all information provided is sincere and truthful.

The user declares that all information provided during the ordering of their electronic e-Visa is accurate and in compliance with the law of their country.

It is reminded that any false declaration may lead to a ban on staying in the foreign territory and blocking at the borders upon entry into the territory.

7 - Online contract, binding commitment

The contract is concluded at the moment the internet user validates, confirms, and pays for their order on the website, in accordance with the legal provisions for the conclusion of online contracts.

At the time of online payment, the details of all order information are displayed on the payment validation screen.

The internet user may correct their order at any time before making payment.

Contracts are archived for a period of 5 years, and any customer can access their contract by simply requesting it via email from the customer service, at the email address provided on the contact page of our website, or from their invoice.

8 - Liability

The electronic e-Visa services offered are intended to assist internet users in all their travel preparation procedures. Our liability cannot be engaged in the event of non-compliance by the customer with the legislation of the country for which the e-Visa is issued.

Our liability can in no case be engaged for all inconveniences or damages related to the use of the Internet network, external intrusion, service interruption, or the presence of computer viruses.

9 - Applicable law

By express agreement between the parties, these General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by and subject to the law of the United Arab Emirates.

10 - Disputes

In the event of a dispute regarding an order, the parties will first seek an amicable agreement or use a mediation or conventional conciliation procedure.
